What's the hardest part of being a gluten-free blogger?
Probably finding the time to come up with new ideas that are interesting for my readers. A lot of my posts revolve around cooking gluten free when you have a lot going on in your life. If you work full time, go to school and have a social life it's hard to make tons of things from scratch. It's also hard to find restaurants, event venues, etc. Where you can eat like a normal person!
