To share gluten free recipes with folks so they can see how simple it really is and for them to see their is no reason to be intimidated by gluten free. Many times, especially when readers are new to gluten free, it seems overwhelming and hopefully my blog helps them to transition to gluten free.

Cooking and sharing recipes and helping readers to understand how simple it is to turn a "normal" recipe into gluten free!

About 8-9 months.
What's the best part of being a gluten-free blogger?
Sharing wonderful recipes and discovering new ones that are easy to turn gluten free! I love meeting other gluten free bloggers as well, and this is a great bridge to meeting them!
What's the hardest part of being a gluten-free blogger?
Finding the time to blog! Actually sitting down and making time is the hardest. I have great ideas and am always cooking/baking but taking the time to post is challenging on busy days. It is hard to make the photos look as good as food tastes too! I am not a good photographer and it shows in my blog! :)
Lessons Learned
- I am still learning but I have learned how important pictures are in blogging. Readers like to see what you are blogging about in photos.
