Ingredients:
- 8 cups thinly sliced red cabbage
- 8 medium, peeled, finely diced carrots
- 6 finely sliced green onions
- 1/2 cup finely diced green OR red Bell peppers
- 1/2 cup sliced large green olives with pimentos
- 2 teaspoons celery seed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Pepper to taste
- 1 cup Strawberry Lemonade Vinaigrette (See recipe link below)
Preparation:
Place all vegetables and seasonings in a large bowl. Pour Strawberry Lemonade Vinaigrette over the vegetables and stir to thoroughly coat. Chill until ready to serve.
