Ingredients:
- 1 5-ounce package ready-to-eat leafy greens mix (I used Earthbound Farms Organic Baby Romaine Mix)
- 8 ounces julienne sliced cooked turkey
- 1 bottle gluten-free poppy seed salad dressing (or your favorite gluten-free salad dressing)
- 1 cup gluten-free croutons- optional
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese- optional
Preparation:
Divide micro-greens among 4 salad plates. Top with 2 ounces of sliced turkey, croutons, Parmesan cheese and gluten-free poppy seed salad dressing.
