Ingredients:
- 1 head fresh cauliflower
- 2-4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 375° F / 190° C
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
Remove stem and leaves from cauliflower head. Cut head in to 1/4-inch wide slices. There will be lots of crumbs. Put the slices and crumbs into a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and season with smoked paprika and salt and pepper. Stir to thoroughly coat cauliflower.
Turn cauliflower onto the prepared baking sheet. Use a spatula to spread the cauliflower slices evenly on the baking sheet.
Bake for 35-45 minutes or until cauliflower begins to brown.
