Gluten Free Teriaki Sauce Recipe

Soy sauce is commonly made with wheat. Some of the most popular brands of soy sauce s well as sauces served in restaurants are hidden sources of gluten. This gluten free teriaki sauce recipe is easy to make. Use it in your favorite oriental dishes, dipping sauces and marinades.

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup gluten free soy sauce (product links below)
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder, not salt

Preparation:

Put all ingredients in a 1 quart jar and shake until brown sugar dissolves. Store in the refrigerator.

Yield: About 2 1/2 cups
