Pour Olive Oil in Pan or Bowl and Preheat

Pour 3 tablespoons olive oil in pan or bowl. Reserve 2 tablespoons of olive oil to brush on top of dough just before baking. Place the pan or bowl, without the lid on, in preheated oven for about 15 minutes while dough is rising.
