Be careful in this step- the pan is very hot! Use a large spatula to scrape the dough from the bowl into the pan. It will land in a big heap! Gently press the dough down into the pan with the spatula and smooth the top. Pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil over the dough and use the spatula or a pastry brush to evenly distribute the oil.
Put the lid on the preheated pan or bowl and use oven mitts to put the pan back in the oven.
Bake for about 40 minutes or until an instant read thermometer reads 205 degress when inserted into the middle of the loaf. Remove the loaf from the pan and allow to cool on a wire rack before slicing.
