Gluten-free spaghetti is fast, easy and delicious thanks to great gluten-free products. I used Tinkyáda Pasta Joy gluten-free brown rice spaghetti and Muir Glen organic tomato sauce in this recipe but use your favorite gluten-free products- there are many to choose from.

Prep Time: 10†minutes

Cook Time: 30†minutes

Total Time: 40†minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 25-ounce jar gluten-free spaghetti sauce
  • 1 pound package gluten-free spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon freshly chopped basil (optional)
  • 3 ounces freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation:

  • Cook gluten-free spaghetti according to package directions. Drain. Coat with olive oil.
  • Brown ground beef. Add spaghetti sauce and basil (optional).
  • Simmer sauce for about 15 minutes.
  • Serve sauce over warm spaghetti sprinkled with fresh grated Parmesan cheese.

This is a simple supper and I only use tinky„°da‚ģ pasta joy, rice pasta. It is the best gf pasta in my opinion and never gets mushy. Go aheas and cook for 18-20 minutes. **TIP - Do not cook to al dente unless you have a very wet sauce and add the pasta to it to cook for a few more minutes. Enjoy!
