Gently press dough into the bottom and sides of pie plate. Use a knife to trim the edge. Use scraps to patch any tears by pressing pieces into dough where you need them. Your buttery, great looking gluten free pie crust is ready to fill or prebake if your recipe calls for a prebaked crust.
