Roll Out the Dough

Take dough out of refrigerator and allow to warm up for 20-30 minutes before rolling. When dough is pliable enough to roll out, place the dough between 2 large sheets of waxed paper. Roll from the center outward. If the edges of the dough split don't worry. The dough is easy to work with and you can patch the edges later. Roll until the dough is about 1/16" thick and large enough to fit your pie plate. Use one ball for a single crust pie or two for a double crust.
