Ingredients:
- 1 package Gluten Free Pantry® Chocolate Truffle Brownies Mix
- 4 lightly beaten eggs
- 3/4 cup hazelnut oil (or light olive oil)
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350°
Grease a 13x9 inch baking dish.
Pour dry brownie mix into a large mixing bowl. Add lightly beaten eggs and oil. Beat until all ingredients are blended. Fold in chopped walnuts. Using a large spatula, pour brownie batter into prepared baking dish. Bake according to package instructions for 33 minutes. Do not overbake or brownies will become very hard. Let cool completely before cutting.
