For most of us here in the United States Thanksgiving is the King of cooking holidays, closely followed by Christmas and Easter. If you need some last minute help with your Thanksgiving menu plans, here are some of our favorite recipes to help you enjoy the best gluten-free Thanksgiving ever.
If you're looking for a new gluten-free turkey gravy recipe, try our easy recipe and substitute sweet rice flour for cornstarch. This gravy is so good, no one at my house, including the gluten-eaters know it's gluten-free. The last time I made gluten-free turkey gravy my gluten-eating husband tasted it and warned my gluten-free son not to eat it. He thought it was made with wheat flour. It's not and I attribute the success of this recipe to using sweet rice flour as a thickener.
Happy Thanksgiving!
