As soon as I feel that first chill in the air as fall heads in, I can't wait to get back to the kitchen to bake! Today as the sky filled with dark clouds, the wind picked up and oak leaves piled up by the front door the aroma of baking bread filled the house and I remembered why I love the beginnings of fall so much.
