I recently found Sam Mills gluten-free pasta at a large supermarket chain in Florida. Since trying it in a variety of recipes including gluten-free tuna casserole, gluten-free macaroni and cheese and gluten-free lasagna Sam Mills has become my favorite gluten-free pasta. It's reasonably priced and because the gluten eaters in my crowd are raving about the taste and excellent texture of Sam Mills pastas, I can completely rid my pantry of wheat-based pasta. Nice!
