Review of Sam Mills Gluten-Free Pasta

Follow me on:

Sam Mills Gluten-Free Pasta d'oro Image teri gruss I recently found Sam Mills gluten-free pasta at a large supermarket chain in Florida. Since trying it in a variety of recipes including gluten-free tuna casserole, gluten-free macaroni and cheese and gluten-free lasagna Sam Mills has become my favorite gluten-free pasta. It's reasonably priced and because the gluten eaters in my crowd are raving about the taste and excellent texture of Sam Mills pastas, I can completely rid my pantry of wheat-based pasta. Nice!

Sam Mills Gluten-Free Pasta products are made from 100% non-genetically modified corn and are produced in a dedicated gluten-free facility in Romania. It's a quick cooking gluten-free pasta, available in a wide variety of pasta shapes. Another huge plus, a one pound bag of Sam Mills pasta can cost less than $2. That's a good value!

Learn more about Sam Mills gluten-free pasta and why it's become my favorite GF pasta.

I noticed after reading the Sam Mills gluten free Pasta d’Oro reviews that the wrong email and contact phone # are listed. If you need to reach the team at Sam Mills you can either email us at: info@sammillsusallc.com, phone # is 561-572-0510. One taste of this fine gluten free, GMO Free corn pasta and you will become a believer in this line. The taste is absolutely delicious. You will think you are eating regular wheat pasta, but will not feel bloated due to no gluten! It cooks al dente. Our price CANNOT be beat! approx. $2 for a 16 oz. bag!! Enjoy!

Dave,

Stores don’t carry Sam Mills where I live so I order it from Amazon. Maybe that will work for you. As far as I know Publix and WInn Dixie don’t carry it.

Barbaram Mills,
Your pasta is disgusting. It tastes like dirt, seriously. Your sauces are watery and flavorless. You make a big stink about your pasta being the best thing since sliced bread, but it is extremely over rated.

Hi Mark,

Sam Mills products are labeled as made from 100% corn and “gluten-free.” This means the maltodextrin in their pasta is made from corn. It’s true maltodextrin can be made any starch though, including wheat. In the US, maltodextrin is most often made from corn, but it’s still necessary to verify that before using a product with maltodextrin. Thanks for the good comment!
