Bride-to-be Chelsea Clinton. soon-to-be hubbie Marc Mezvinsky, family and friends attending the "Wedding of the Year" will be celebrating the event with what will certainly be a magnificent gluten-free wedding cake.
Several news outlets including AOL News recently reported that due to an allergy to gluten, Chelsea Clinton is serving gluten-free cake at her wedding. Maybe Chelsea read the About.com Guide to Celiac Disease article, Where to Find a Gluten-Free Wedding Cake before she ordered her cake!
I can't wait to find out what type of gluten-free wedding cake Chelsea serves and who the pastry chef extraordinaire is that baked it!

I think this is great, and should bring attention to gluten intolerance. Hopefully we will start to see more gluten-free options from caterers.
