Make Plans to Attend the 2009 Gluten-Free Culinary Summit

Monday August 31, 2009

This year the 4th Annual Gluten-Free Culinary Summit and Gluten-Free Baking Invitational features two venues, an East Edition, taking place September 12th-13th at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. A second date and location, the West Edition will be held October 3rd-4th at Johnson & Wales University in Denver, Colorado.

The Gluten-Free Culinary Summit and GF Baking Invitational is an annual weekend symposium featuring educational gluten-free baking and cooking demonstrations, recipe tastings, interactive panel discussions, baking competitions, a Gala GF Dinner with the Summit Chefs and more.

The Gluten-Free Culinary Summit features an array of some of the "top culinary institute chef-instructors, award-winning chefs, acclaimed cookbook authors, and industry experts" in the United States. It is definitely a cutting-edge event for the gluten-free community.

This entertaining and educational extravaganza is an extraordinary opportunity for gluten-free cooks to learn from some of the top gluten-free chefs and experts in the country. For example, Professor Richard Coppedge, Certified Master Baker at the Culinary Institute of America and author of Gluten-Free Baking with The Culinary Institute of America will present "The Muffin Also Rises & Other Morning Pastry Delights" at the East Edition location. Chef Robert Landolphi, author of Gluten Free Everyday Cookbook, Director of Culinary Operations, University of Connecticut will present "Cure for the Common Cookie" at the West Edition location in Denver.
